2008/04/15 02:04 so... my right lowbret rejected. now my face is off balance, except for the rather noticeable scar where my piercing used to be. i plan on getting it redone soon, although i want to wait to see if the scar tissue will lessen any more than it already has.
after that drama, i got my first surface piercing, a madison. the jewelry is quite cool, the ends are made to look like the tops of screws :)
i honestly expected it to hurt a lot more than it did. as far as pain goes, it could easily be grouped in with things like my lips or navel and no where near my nipples or christina.
banana is also ordering some microdermals to match the surface bar so we can get to work on a small (ish) sternum tattoo/ microdermal project. so far we've decided on a semi-anatomical heart in color with two microdermals above it and two below it going vertically. we'll probably add some more in the area as we go. we're rather spontaneous haha.
also, an update on my lobes. i'm now around 3/4 inch (although i'm adding more tape to my tunnels every other day or so) and well on my way to 1 1/2 inches! how exciting.
oh, and just in case anyone was wondering, i love my baby daddy :)

I got my septum pierced!! I had my friend pierce (Don't worry, she IS a piercer, and we did it at the shop we work at lol) it with a 16g so that I could put really small jewelry in it, otherwise it would look odd with my medusa. I love it. :)
OH, and my darling Booga helped because we needed to use a receiving tube due to my extra tiny nostrils lol.
